I love the bag, the main problem I have is that the panel is too thick, so the rubber pin stops don’t work well, and usually pop off, meaning metal pin clasps need to be used. That’s all well and good if there’s nothing that can be damaged, however if you’re carrying something like a laptop, that’ll be a problem
