When will I recieve my limited edition pin?
Subscriptions are sent between 25th-30th of each month.
How long do I have to sign up to this month’s pin?
The cut off date is the 24th. Therefore if you sign up on or after 25th of the month you will be receiving NEXT months pin.
When will I be charged?
Your subscription payment is taken the same date as you signed up on each month. You can pause or cancel your subscription any time in your account.
Can I return my items?
Please refer to our return policy here.
What if my item is broken?
Send us in some photos so we can assess the damage. As long as it’s a manufacturing fault and not misuse we will be able to send you a replacement.
How do I change my address?
If you have already placed an order, drop us an email ASAP to get your address changed for that order. Otherwise you can log into your account to change your address for future orders.
How do I cancel or change my saved payment methods?

Can I order if I live outside the UK?
Of course! We ship worldwide! Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Why did my order not get FREE shipping?
Apparel doesn’t count towards free shipping due to them being printed on demand and having a low mark up.
How long until my item arrives?
In stock (not Pre Orders) take 1-6 days to process and then shipping times are:
- United Kingdom – standard shipping (1st class) 1-2 days, up 2 weeks
- Europe – standard shipping (International Standard) 3-5 days (up to 6 weeks)
- Rest Of The World – standard shipping (International Standard) 5-7 days, up to 8 weeks.
What do I do if I’ve waited the max time and haven’t received my order?
Check with your local post office or a neighbour, if you still haven’t received it drop us an email!
Is there tracking?
unfortunately tracking is pricey here in the UK so we don’t offer it.
I pre-ordered an item, how long will it take?
All items bought in one order will ship together, this means any items purchased with a pre-ordered item will ship with that item in the month specified on the pre-ordered items description.
My address has changed, what can i do?
If your order hasn’t been shipped you can contact us (email@example.com) to get it changed. If it has already been shipped then unfortunately you will need to wait for the package to return to us before requesting reshipping or a refund.
